RZ64E Intake System Clean foam - Carbon X Technology

Cleans and dearburizes the complete intake system of diesel and gasoline engines 
Cleans intake system , diesel particulate filter and turbocharger
Removes carbon deposits
Improvement of the air - fuel ratio
Improves turbocharger reliability
Restoration of turbocharging performance

Application :
Intake system cleaning : 
Spray about half of the can with a long hose in the back part of the suction drawer . 
Pull the hose slowly out , so the foam is distributed everywhere . 
Wait about 20-30 minutes . 
Let the engine run and drive about 5 km or intermit for 2 minutes at about 3.000 rpm 
Check the cleanliness of the intake system . 
Wipe away any remaining deposit and repeat the process in the same way with the remaining half of the can

DPF Cleaning :
Remove the DPF pressure sensor . 
Spray the full bottle of foam with the long hose through the pressure sensor opening 
Wait about 20-30 minutes . 
Start the engine and run approximately 5-10 km or let the engine run for about 10 min at 3.000 rpm

Turbocharger cleaning :
Spray half the bottle of foam into the VTG turbo's announcement tube 
 and permanently move the VTG adjustment manually . 
Wait about 20-30 minutes . 
Repeat the process with the rest of the can
